Politicians of Flevoland, the Northwest of England and the North Great Plain in Hungary have signed a Letter of Intent, committing themselves to further close cooperation with European programmes as well as other projects.

The ceremony took place at the end of a conference in the House of the Dutch Provinces in Brussels about the Innovative Actions Programme. Frans Loos was communications advisor to the conference of the Province of Flevoland, and suggested the idea to sign a Letter of Intend at the end of the conference. The Letter of Intent was signed by Harry Dijksma, member of the executive board of Flevoland, councillor and executive member Flo Clucas from Liverpool and Istvan Sértö Radics, member of the North Great Plain Regional Council.
